Chris was great! Had a water heater emergency and was told by several companies that they couldn’t make it to Haverhill until three or four days later. Chris started working right away. Great communication. Fair and upfront pricing. Honestly, the best experience I’ve ever had with a Plumber.

Called Chris because of reviews I read. He did not disappoint. Answered the phone on my first call, scheduled my mother for garbage disposal repair the next day and even showed up early. Unheard of👍. Immediately diagnosed and fixed the problem. Will definitely be calling Chris again.

We encountered a major issue with our toilet after all businesses had closed, except for CSB Plumbing. When I called them, I was pleasantly surprised to reach a real person on the phone who reassured me, saying, “Don’t worry, we will take care of you.” This is when we were introduced to Chris Boyd, a team member from CSB Plumbing. He was very professional and demonstrated significant expertise in the plumbing field. He went above and beyond to accommodate our needs and quickly delivered and installed a new toilet. Chris was very responsive when I called him about installing a new water heater. He was able to come two days later and finished the job very efficiently. CSB Plumbing is located in Tewksbury but fortunately they service the Malden area.

I called CSB Plumbing Company around 10 PM on Wednesday, July 16th, because my in-laws’ water heater had broken and was leaking water into their basement. Chris answered the phone and was incredibly attentive. He said he would come by the next day and promised to call me in the morning to confirm if we still needed the repair—and he did!
I received his call first thing in the morning. Before heading to my in-laws’ house, he gave me an estimated arrival time, and he showed up punctually. Chris was very kind and respectful with my in-laws, clearly explained the issue, and within two hours, he had purchased a new water heater, installed it, and fixed the leak.
If Google allowed more than 5 stars, I’d give him 100 out of 100. Thank you, Chris—you were a lifesaver!
