I had an issue with my toilet well into the evening and Chris was great - the plumber was there within an hour and the issue was quickly resolved, I would definitely recommend! The plumber was very tidy, very friendly, and very professional. Thanks CSB Plumbing Co.!

Chris was great! Had a water heater emergency and was told by several companies that they couldn’t make it to Haverhill until three or four days later. Chris started working right away. Great communication. Fair and upfront pricing. Honestly, the best experience I’ve ever had with a Plumber.

Called Chris because of reviews I read. He did not disappoint. Answered the phone on my first call, scheduled my mother for garbage disposal repair the next day and even showed up early. Unheard of👍. Immediately diagnosed and fixed the problem. Will definitely be calling Chris again.

We encountered a major issue with our toilet after all businesses had closed, except for CSB Plumbing. When I called them, I was pleasantly surprised to reach a real person on the phone who reassured me, saying, “Don’t worry, we will take care of you.” This is when we were introduced to Chris Boyd, a team member from CSB Plumbing. He was very professional and demonstrated significant expertise in the plumbing field. He went above and beyond to accommodate our needs and quickly delivered and installed a new toilet. From now on, we will always call Chris for any plumbing issues.

Chris was very responsive when I called him about installing a new water heater. He was able to come two days later and finished the job very efficiently. CSB Plumbing is located in Tewksbury but fortunately they service the Malden area.

Called Chris for an emergency repair for a leaky toilet at our home in Tewksbury, MA. He fit me in that day and did a great job fixing a flange and wax ring problem. I highly recommend CSB for any plumbing issue. Glad we found Chris and we won’t hesitate to call him again!

I called CSB Plumbing Company around 10 PM on Wednesday, July 16th, because my in-laws’ water heater had broken and was leaking water into their basement. Chris answered the phone and was incredibly attentive. He said he would come by the next day and promised to call me in the morning to confirm if we still needed the repair—and he did!
I received his call first thing in the morning. Before heading to my in-laws’ house, he gave me an estimated arrival time, and he showed up punctually. Chris was very kind and respectful with my in-laws, clearly explained the issue, and within two hours, he had purchased a new water heater, installed it, and fixed the leak.
If Google allowed more than 5 stars, I’d give him 100 out of 100. Thank you, Chris—you were a lifesaver!

I had CSB Plumbing change the Shower kit and valve on my shower/tub Chris did an amazing job I'm very happy with the work he did i will definitely call them again in the future. Thanks again Chris.

We were in a pinch after another plumber fell through for us.

I reached out to Chris around 12pm. He responded in 10 minutes.

Chris came out the same day, talked through the job and got right to work. His work was excellent and professional and he even went above and beyond and did a little extra for us, no charge.

He earned another regular customer today - highly recommend!!
